Live and Work in Dubai: Empowering Ugandan Youth Through BBH Consulting Group and Liberation Community Finance

Program Highlights

  1. Eligibility – To Secure a Job
  2. Passport Validity: Possesses a valid Ugandan passport with at least 12 months’ validity.
  3. Age: Applicant must be between 19 and 35 years old
  4. Educational/Language Proficiency: A minimum of high school is required, while proficiency in English is essential for basic communication.
  5. Work Experience: Experienced workers and freshers are welcome.
  6. Medical and Physical Fitness: Must pass a medical examination conducted by a BBH-authorized health center, and must be physically fit to work as a direct labour
  7. Acceptance of job offer: This program is only for applicants who are willing to live and work in any part of the Emirates, in any available fast-labour jobs (open vacancies will be made available often in Civil Construction and General Work)
  8. Financial Preparedness: Ability to cover up to (at least) 50% of the total cost, to qualify for financial assistance through our partnership with Liberation Community Finance.
  9. Willingness to Relocate: Demonstrated commitment to relocate and work in Dubai for the duration of the employment contract – usually 2 years- is mandatory.
  1. Application Process:
    1. Complete and submit your application form
    2. Receive an acknowledgement Letter from BBH
    3. Present security for the loan at any Liberations offices in Uganda
    4. Access financial support within 10 days
    5. Receive your job offer and travel to Dubai.
