About the programme

A structured route to explore work in Dubai

The Live and Work in Dubai Program is designed to help applicants explore employment opportunities in Dubai through a structured, transparent process, from application and screening to employer selection, financing support where eligible, and travel preparation.

The stated estimated processing period is 20–25 business days once all requirements are met. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed timeline: it depends on employers, documentation and government processing.

Eligibility

Who can apply

  • A valid passport with at least 12 months' validity
  • Aged between 19 and 35
  • Minimum high-school education and English proficiency
  • Medically and physically fit for the relevant work
  • Willing to work in any part of the Emirates
  • Financially prepared for applicable initial expenses
  • Committed to the relevant relocation and employment contract terms

Fees, financing and conditions

Applicants are expected to cover certain initial expenses. A soft loan may be available through Liberation Community Finance for eligible applicants, subject to the lender's approval and terms.

Current amounts and loan terms are being finalised. BBH will confirm all applicable fees, loan terms and contractual conditions with you in writing before any payment is due.

  • Submitting an application is free.
  • Never pay anyone who contacts you through an unofficial channel or personal account.
  • Employment, financing, visas and travel are not guaranteed and depend on employers, the lender and the UAE authorities.
  • If selected, you will be asked to commit to the relocation and employment contract terms presented to you.

    Submit the online form with your details.

    BBH acknowledgment

    BBH reviews your application and acknowledges eligible applicants.

    Loan security

    If you need financing, arrange the security required by the lender.

  4. 4

    Financial support

    If approved by the lender, financing is provided for initial expenses.

  5. 5

    Travel to Dubai

    Subject to employer selection and all required approvals.
