This Privacy Policy explains how BBH Consulting Group ("BBH", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use our websites (the BBH recruitment website and the BBH HR Consultancy, Corporate Services and Travel Solutions websites) or submit an enquiry or application to us.

Information we collect
We only collect the information we need for the purpose you submit it for:
- Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, country, city (optional), area of interest and message.
- HR Consultancy enquiries: your name, company name, work email, optional phone number, country or business location, the service you need, a description of your requirement, and optionally your industry, number of employees and preferred contact method.
- Corporate Services requests: your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, the service you need and a description of your request, and optionally the number of documents, the destination country or issuing authority, and your preferred contact method. We do not collect identity documents through the website form; if documents are needed, we explain how to submit them securely.
- Travel quote requests: your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, destination, the service you need and a description of your travel requirement, and optionally your travel and return dates, number of travellers, accommodation and other arrangements, and preferred contact method. We do not ask for passport numbers, identity documents or payment details through the website form.
- Employer hiring requests: the contact person's name, company name, work email and optional phone number, and the details of the roles you want to fill (location, industry, job titles, number of employees, employment type, experience, skills, duties, optional salary range, working arrangement and timeline), any job description you upload and any additional details.
- Job applications: your contact details, optional nationality, location, experience and LinkedIn profile, your CV and any cover letter.
- CV submissions (talent pool): your name, email address, optional phone number, optional preferred job, industry and location, and your CV.
- Partner applications: your agency's details, contact information, key team members and the business documents you upload.
- Live and Work in Dubai Program applications: identity and contact details, date of birth, passport expiry date, optional passport and national ID numbers, address, education, English level, a declaration of fitness for work, and your financial and travel readiness.
- Updates (newsletter): if you use the welcome popup, your email address, optionally your WhatsApp or phone number (and your name, if the form asks for it), the topic you are interested in, and a record of when you agreed to receive updates and the wording you agreed to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
- Technical information: your IP address (to protect our forms against abuse) and the essential cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not ask for bank card details or account passwords, and we do not collect medical history.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
- To assess job, partner and programme applications and contact you about them.
- To review employer hiring requests and contact the employer about them.
- To send updates relevant to the interest you chose, if you subscribed. We stop when you unsubscribe.
- To respond to HR consultancy, corporate services and travel enquiries and prepare quotations. Enquiries are seen by the BBH team responsible for that service and by senior administrators.
- To consider talent-pool CVs for relevant future opportunities and contact the candidate about them.
- To share your application with prospective employers or, for programme applicants who request financing, with the programme's finance partner, only where needed for your application.
- To keep our website secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
How we protect your information
- Uploaded documents are stored privately, outside the public website, and are only accessible to authorised BBH staff through time-limited links.
- Passport numbers, national ID numbers and addresses submitted to the programme are encrypted when stored.
- Access to sensitive information is restricted to staff who need it, and access is logged.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as they are needed for the purpose they were provided, and then delete them. Concluded applications, enquiries and hiring requests are routinely deleted after our retention period unless we need to keep them for legal reasons. CVs submitted to our talent pool are deleted automatically at the end of the retention period stated on the submission form, or sooner if you ask us.
Your consent
When you submit a form we record the date and time of your consent and the version of this Privacy Policy in force at that time.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us at recruitments@bbhworld.com or select "Personal data / privacy request" on our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
